How Manulife Vitality took Kevin from sluggish to energized
Kevin knew that it was time to make a change. He wasn’t living as active a life as he wanted, and was beginning to notice the negative effects. “There were a lot of benefits involved with Vitality,” he says. “I get my insurance, a tracking device and I get to see my progression. You can set weight goals and you can set eating different food goals... Every week there's a minimum point you need to achieve. If you achieve the minimum points, you get a “spin to win”.

Everyday activities like walking the dog, going to the gym and completing online nutrition courses earns them points. The more engaged someone is and the healthier their choices, the more points they can earn towards rewards.
After a few years of being a Vitality member, Kevin reached Platinum status, giving him even greater potential for earning rewards and making savings. “To me, it's an accomplishment [reaching Platinum], and that's what the program has done for me over the last few years.”
