Manulife is redefining customer engagement with its GenAI-powered Sales Enablement Tool. Launched in June 2024, this advanced solution is designed to help our sales agents build meaningful connections with customers by providing the right products and solutions precisely when they are needed.

Personalizing Customer Experiences

Through a combination of machine learning, GenAI, and input from our Intelligent Customer Data Platform, our teams developed a solution to help agents connect with customers more frequently and in personalized ways. The Sales Enablement tool generates relevant engagement ideas based on a customer’s life stage, recent activity, or what’s trending in the news. Agents can then connect with the customer via email or text message and make the message more formal or casual with the click of a button.
