Alor Setar - In line with its business growth strategy, Manulife Malaysia is today opening two new agency offices in Alor Setar, Kedah and Arau, Perlis.

The offices are under the leadership of Agency Manager Khor Hock Yeam and serve as centres of agency activity for the Northern Region. Agency Manager Khor and his team plan to expand their scope of services to address the financial protection needs of more people through the presence of these new offices.

“With a team ready to provide full support, we are confident of achieving high customer satisfaction for our services as well as the forward-thinking products from Manulife,” said Agency Manager Khor.

“Kedah and Perlis are two states that offer new growth potential for Manulife. Through Agency Manager Khor’s new offices, we are able to extend our services to Malaysian residents of all walks of life in the Northern Region. This is a great opportunity for Manulife Malaysia to support more people through our insurance and wealth management products and services,” said Mr. Ivan Chan, Chief Agency Development Officer of Manulife Malaysia, who officiated at the opening ceremony.

In conjunction with the opening, Khor also organized a Health Awareness Day at the Alor Setar agency office to raise awareness on the importance of healthcare. Kedah Medical Center was present to provide a free health check to all who joined the opening day festivities.

This latest office opening complements Manulife Malaysia’s ongoing branch expansion across the country, most recently in Kota Kinabalu and Melaka. These form part of Manulife Malaysia’s strategy to expand its footprint in Malaysia. To date, Manulife Malaysia has an extensive network of nine Regional Support Centres and more than 70 agency offices nationwide
