This year’s anniversary also celebrates the company’s fantastic results, recognized by prestigious awards from a host of well-respected institutions. In June 2007, Manulife Indonesia won Insurance Award 2007 as the Best Life Insurance Company in the class of companies with equity in excess of IDR 250 billion fromMedia Asuransimagazine. In the same month, the company was listed in the Top 3 Life Insurance Companies in 2007 byInvestormagazine. And this July, Manulife Indonesia’s successes were further underlined by an “Excellent” designation fromInfoBankmagazine in its 2007 insurance rating.

Meanwhile, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program, Manulife is hosting a range of social activities in eight cities besides Jakarta – Medan, Surabaya, Jambi, Bandung, Semarang, Pontianak, Makassar and Jayapura – that focused on local health and education issues.
